7BPC offers some of the most competitive pricing for computer repair and malware removal in Sandpoint, Idaho. We offer a minimum diagnostics fee for anything we can diagnose in under 15 minutes, and only a 1 hour minimum charge after that. We will give you a call if your computer repair will cost more than our 1 hour minimum service charge. That way, there's no disappointing surprises with your bill. (we all hate that)
$75 per hour
This is our standard hourly rate for in-shop repairs. Most jobs completed are done in 1-2 hours

Quick System Tune-up. This is a 3 hour job for the price of 1 hour! Our system tune-up includes:

Check for Operating System file corruption.
$150 Flat Fee
Minor damage from malware or viruses. This includes removing the malware, as well as repairing any damage to your operating system that has been caused. Nastier malware/viruses might quote additional hourly rates, depending on the damage of the malware. This would be discussed prior to billing you.
$225 (3 hour flat fee)
Full Operating System Reload. This includes completely stripping down the operating system, Reinstalling it, installing up to date drivers for everything in device manager, Installing current feature update if possible, security updates, and backing up and restoring your personal user folder documents and pictures. We will also install Adobe reader, and a better internet browser. (Firefox, Brave, or Chrome).
