Chrome Service License Agreement

6.2 Each party owns all right, title and interest, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights, with respect to its trademark features. Except to the limited extent expressly provided in this Agreement, neither Party grants or acquires any right, title or interest (including, but not limited to, implied licenses) in or to the other Party`s trademark features. Subject to the terms set forth in this Agreement, Developer grants Google and its associates, during the term of this Agreement, a limited, non-exclusive license to display development brand features for use related to the Online Store and to perform its obligations under this Agreement. Nothing in this agreement gives the developer the right to use any trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive google brand features. Our APIs contain third-party content (e.g.B. text, images, videos, audio, or software). This content is the sole responsibility of the person who makes it available. We may sometimes check content to determine if it is illegal, if it is contrary to our policies or terms, and we may remove content or refuse posting. Finally, content accessible through our APIs may be subject to intellectual property rights and, if so, not use it, unless you are authorized by the owner of such content or if you are authorized by law. Your access to the content provided by the API may be restricted, restricted, or filtered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. We are constantly developing new technologies and features to improve our services.
